Going Above & Beyond

Problem

Late on a Friday evening, CMA receives a call that a pipe had burst in a customer’s datacenter, releasing high pressure water into the network, server, and storage racks for 45 minutes.

Action

The CMA team sprang into action, sending one of our expert engineers to the customer site on Saturday morning to replace their equipment with CMA's personal demo gear. The CMA resources remained on-site for a full week, ensuring that the customer was able to regain all function and operations.

Problem

As a sudden hurricane was quickly approaching Louisiana, one of our healthcare customers let us know that all of their satellite phones (satphones) were either broken or out of service.

Action

Despite the imminent hurricane, we leveraged CMA's broad network of partners in order to secure two satellite phones for our client, ensuring they could resume communications amidst a natural disaster. A CMA employee graciously picked the satphones up in Lafayette, LA and hand delivered them to Baton Rouge where he met the customer's IT manager in need.
